REFUNDS

ALL sales are final and no refunds will be issued pertaining to Irish Seamoss.

Due to perishable food laws, all consumable items by law cannot be refunded by the consumer. However, if upon opening your goods they appear to be damaged, we ask all customers to provide pictures upon the date of arrival. We ask that you send all proofs of the glass being broken in the packaging to the following email: shoprossea@gmail.com

Majority if not all of our products are shipped using glass. We prioritize your health by avoiding plastic containers that leech BPA's into the product you ingest, as well as helping the environment by limiting our use of plastic. We understand this can oppose a risk of glass breaking upon receiving due to shipping and handling. If this is the case, you will be entitled to a full refund on the purchase of your product.
